• CD-R Manufactured - 7 working days - your data and on-body image. Express 3 to 4 working days.
• CD-ROM Manufactured - 12 to 14 working days - your data and on-body image, including paper parts if required.
• Custom presentation - size dependant, typically 5 to 10 working days.

Currency

We routinely trade in Pounds Sterling only. Any other currency is by separate negotiation.

Design and Programming Work

Any product requiring design or programming work will have to be ordered after Toucan eMedia have quoted for your individual requirements. Email us at with your requirements or 'phone us on +44 (0) 1279 871 694.

Order Fulfillment Time

Upon receipt of your order and full payment, your order is processed immediately. Dispatch of blank stock is typical made the next business day. Practically order blank stock every order is met from stock however if your item is not in stock, we advise you. CD replication and duplication projects have differing lead times and we'll advise these according to your particular project. In urgent requirements lead time can be down to just a few days

Delivery Service

For your and our peace of mind we use a next day service including insurance (except extremities of British Isles where delivery is typically a maximum of 2 working days, 3 days to The Orkneys) and we insist on a signature upon receipt.

International orders are sent within 48 hours and are generally received in under 7 days.

Returns

For the purposes of the UK distance selling regulations the Toucan eMedia ebusiness-cards.co.uk website is primarily targeted at providing raw material to UK business. In the highly unlikely event of damaged or faulty goods you should notify us immediately upon receipt, 24 hours after receipt maximum, then we can attempt to remedy the situation. All returns must be authorised by Toucan eMedia before sending. Refunds for incorrectly ordered goods is at the discretion of Toucan eMedia and would be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Returns of recordable media for credit will only be accepted if the media has remained sealed as we need to be absolutely sure that the media has not been placed in any readers or writers.

A restocking fee of 15% or £15, which ever is the greater, applies to all returns.
